Pros

Name on the resume, although it is not the draw it once was

Cons

Constant state of confusion, focus changes on a quarterly basis. No training, culture of finger pointing, obviously dumping staff and locations for expected future sale. Outsourcing name of the game now -- not even a human new hire orientation (web-based),

Pros

All the mandatory overtime usually causes paychecks to double. Benefits are great.

Cons

Revolving door hiring practices, some of the people that are hired could get lost in a paper bag. Management lacks communication during and between shifts, the phrases "not my problem" "let them figure it out" are common. Understaffed on all shifts, making work/life balance difficult. Nepotism is standard practice for promotions and hiring.
