Pros

Work place flexibility, benefits, colleagues

Cons

Lower pay than industry average, little room for advancement. If your job hasn’t been outsourced yet, it will be.

Pros

Great Pay, Great Benefits including Paid Time off, Paid Holidays

Cons

Takes too long to advance positions Hostile work environment (There is either an in crowd or outsider) Too many "close friends" which causes favoritism Have to stay in a position for a year to qualify to apply for another position in the plant Lack of care about products we make by other employees Too much drama No recognition of an employee who goes above and beyond for the company

Can’t get out of their own way

Pros

Good benefits, flexibility to work remote, casual dress, summer hours every year, on-site bank, on site dry cleaning drop-off, and overall great building/ facility

Cons

The many changes over the last few years has left you way too lean. Theres a lot of talk of being fast, but the overall company is still slow to learn. Worst thing about marketing here is that there are barely any MARKETERS in marketing.
