      Pros

      Since you cannot wear make up or jewelry the time it takes you to prep yourself for the day is as long as it takes to put your scrubs on

      Cons

      Most everything at Baxter is a con. It's freezing inside, the garb, the cleaning day every week, everyone is equal in looks..maybe that's a perk...but homely females, just a shift of misery. Stay in school kids. Folks with 30 + years are bringing home less than FIVE HUNDRED A MONTH PENSION! SAD!!!

      Cons

      management is awful, decisions made without thinking through- short term decision looks good now, but repercussions will cost a fortune. Leader overseeing Talent Management is very unprofessional and uneducated.

      Constant job openings due to high turn-over rate.

      Cons

      -Lack of efficient management -Mandatory overtime most weeks -Abuse of "at will" employment condition -Promise of "job bid" after 90 days but management often retains you far beyond that even after bidding to a new job
