Pros
omg, sooooo many! The best, I have to say, is the people I work with. People are cooperative, will take the time to really explain something to you (and not make you feel stupid), and genuinely want to do the right thing. And everything is transparent. The last company I worked at had more of a back-stabbing vibe (just by a few, but they polluted the overall atmosphere) and cliquish culture. This is just not the case at Baxter. Everyone acts like adults and is generous. My boss is more like a mentor. He is sort of hands off, but gives me the guidance and support I need.
Cons
The drive to Round Lake sucks. But, considering that that is the ONLY con I can come up with, it's worth the effort.
