      Pros

      Lots of exposure, a lot of things to learn. Great place for fresh grads to learn and be exposed to working life

      Not enough manpower, high turnover rate

      Pros

      Decent pay for the area, flexible hours for part time

      Cons

      Lack of organization, lack of concern for employee time, large and always full parking lot, short breaks. Clean room employees must clock in ten minutes early in order to be on time and break time doesn't give any grace for having to get in and out of garb (makes a 15 minute break into an 8 minute one at best).

      parking on site was free

      Cons

      underpaid. emotional bullying by team leaders and private clinics. no variation in rostered shifts, leading to many workers sustaining RSI injuries
