      Pros

      Great benefits, decent pay, paid holidays and sick time. Some great people to work with, clean and safe working environment.

      Cons

      Very low growth opportunity unless your favored, or have seniority. Doesn't matter how hard you work or what you know, it's who you know and how long you have been there. not family oriented.

      Pros

      Mostly friendly people, and decent pay for everyone besides production.

      Cons

      Attitudes of most Management, the walk to clock in in freezing temperatures, lack of time clocks in areas needed, nowhere warm to sit, eat, or break besides walking 6-8 minutes to your car which cuts into break time. So many things are getting worse by the day and everyone talks about quitting all day at work. People are MISERABLE.
