      Work life balance. Employee benefits like mobile and internet bill.

      Cons

      Selective recognition of work. Selective promotion. Variable in most of the cases is paid only 80% for meeting expectation. Package contains employees and employee PF Components.

      Good work life balance. Pay is ok.

      Cons

      Career growth of an individual is not considered. No proper work. Work allocation is very cumbersome like allocating all resources to whichever work is of priority.
