Pros

micro managing only come up if your site has an issue with you.

Cons

If your site has an issue with you, BACR will not back you up. Their loyalty is to who signs their contracts, which are the districts. If there is known, documented, and on going issue at your school BACR will help fire you for addressing it straight on. Adult bullies are consistently protected by BACR. If you mention the wage discrepancy between people they employ at schools and the people who actually work in the nonprofit the CEO will respond to you that you are rude and out of line.
