A great company.

Pros

The CEO and EVP of Sales are incredible. While both have very high expectations, they both care immensely about their teams and I was so fortunate for the opportunity to learn from both. If you work hard and show initiative, there is so much opportunity for growth. An amazing and fun culture for sure. The people are the best-I made lifelong friendships. Always an opportunity to grow.

Cons

It is really challenging to find a good work life balance, especially during the busy months. As much as I loved BC, I couldn’t keep up with the long hours. Some of the middle managers aren’t very effective or take responsibility for their teams and at times didn’t feel supported unless I went directly to the upper leadership group (which was awesome and always got it handled).

Toxic Cult-like Work Environment

Pros

Offers full benefits package and ESOP shares

Cons

Leadership does not care about employees, cult- like environment, bad work to home-life balance, toxic work environment. I've seen people get fired over gossip versus facts. Despite the rapid growth of the company, the raises are little to non-existent and the bonuses do not reflect the "record-breaking" sales the company preaches. The monthly goals they make and surpass will only affect you if you're a top salesperson, but they incessantly boast about how much money the company is making like it affects everyone else. Its quite demeaning since the bonuses you get are merely a percentage of what you make so if you get paid the same rate every year, your bonus is the same. It doesn't matter if the company makes its "record-breaking" millions more past their goal this year or one dollar more, your bonus is the same. Yet they work you harder and harder to make rapidly increasing goals, and for what?! Its only going to the top salespeople's pockets anyway.

Good ESOP company

Pros

You can't beat the ESOP benefit and culture. When you think like an owner everything is different. The company is revolving and growing so fast so it's an exciting company to work for.

Cons

Since the company is revolving and growing so fast, employee will need to focus and catch up on the growth. I heard people complaining about too much work and fast pace environment. This is a fast pace company for sure.
