Pros

I have never worked at a place like Bay West, everyone you talk to is helpful and encouraging . There is a an overall supportive and positive culture within Bay West and would recommend it to anyone I know.

Cons

Smaller company feel, if you prefer a larger company Bay West may not be for you.

Team-oriented environment, great manager support, pay is great, growth is inevitable, and I feel like I can talk to anyone anywhere in the business. I like the people I work with and they keep me motivated to stay.
