Pros

I loved every day at Bay West. The leadership team cares about its people, they provide as much flexibility as the job will allow, and they are totally committed to safety. That is very rare in the environmental/industrial services industry. Growth opportunities are there for those who will put in the effort, and are safe. Excellent benefits. The company has a strong family/team culture.

Cons

Come ready to work hard and be safe. Fieldwork isn't for the faint of heart, but you'll be taken care of.
