Staff seems to be very happy but sometimes the staffing can be low. Seems to be from growing at a fast rate.

Decent company to work for. Benefits are average. Healthcare deductibles keep going up but that's everywhere these days. Good coworkers.

Management focuses on numbers but tells employees it's all about the patients. They rely too heavily on patient surveys. Need more transparency through management.
