Great team dynamic. Everyone was pretty much pleasant to work with. Great work life balance, remote opportunity.

Miscommunication with constant changing process. Cut back on monthly bonuses.

Everything else, management does not support you and is extremely rude to staff, very high turnover, management gets upset at you asking peers for help on subjects demanding instead you only ask them questions but then does not respond in a timely manner
