A strong, positive corporate culture that permeates throughout the entire organization. The company is growing rapidly, which lends itself to a dynamic, fast-paced environment where there is always something new to learn, something new to do, etc. As an employee, I truly feel as though I am given all the tools I need to be successful and grow my career within the organization. The benefits are fantastic (100% employer-paid insurance plans!), and work/life balance is valued. In my experience, the executive team has been extremely approachable, transparent in communications, and open to employees' comments and suggestions. It is truly a progressive organization in every sense, with a welcoming and collaborative environment, and we are always trying to find new ways to be innovative. I can't say enough great things about my time with this organization so far!
