Pros
Awesome culture, benefits, support and opportunity for advancement. 1HB has done all the right things in developing a best in class Residential Mortgage Division. I work in the direct to consumer division and the leads, pricing, programs and operations are second to none. There are literally no excuses for someone not to be successful with this support.
Cons
I was with my previous employer for 12 years and when comparing the two- there are no cons that come to mind. Growth typically brings some challenges however when the entire team is committed to communication, collaboration and success, it makes those challenges fun!
