Within DSO our leaders will focus more on guidance and support, and the number of people and teams that a leader can guide and support will vary depending on the type of work they do and level of proficiency of the teams. The goal is to work with high expertise and autonomy to deliver value. At the start there will be a strong top-down impulse to get us going and move us on a similar trajectory. Over time, as we get further into the new system, ownership will move closer to the customer.
