      HR Pittsburgh run by bullies - hostile work environment

      Good contractor pay, good employee benefits

      Cons

      High turnover of management, a few bullies rule the department - pushing out newer people who don't succumb to their ways, management doesn't deal with the issues but instead listens to the people who are causing the problems. No one takes notice that there is high turnover and maybe something needs to change.

      Pros

      Awesome atmosphere with fantastic co-workers that are high achieving and strive for excellence. It has been a great way to develop after my MBA studies.

      Cons

      Honestly, I really can't think of too many. Everyone tries their best to get the work done, it is very busy but the work life balance doesn't suffer too much.

Strong commitment to people development, with clear, ongoing transparent career feedback. Global R & D pipeline with a Innovation reputation. Solid compensation package with a "good" salary range, a strong 401 K match, and a Bayer AG discounted share purchase program.

      Cons

      Currently does not act / react with as much speed as the organization could. Operates very lean, meaning the workload is one where the employee must have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage their work time and personal time for best balance.
