      Cons

      Bill Anderson thinks his vision will work. But the company moral is absolutely horrid. Although some middle management has been decreased, most of the jobs lost are individual contributors. It is a popularity contest to get any inside roles. Management don't like answering the hard questions. And with the new structures in place, career progression will be less.

      Thank you for the feedback on Glassdoor. As we shift toward a more open, dynamic system, a reality is that the reduction in bureaucracy and hierarchy may result in fewer jobs. This is not something we take lightly. While we’re moving quickly to implement our new system, it will take time for these changes to be felt throughout the organization and externally. This won’t happen overnight. Any change of this scale requires tough questions, challenging decisions, and some temporary discomfort including some changes to reduce layers and simplify our structures.
