Pros

There is certainly Ag and HR expertise. It is a job that pays money.

Cons

Unfortunately, leadership comes off as out of touch and insincere. Employees usually learn of key initiatives or impactful commitments via the media or news instead of hearing it from leadership, including those employees who would be working directly on the publicized efforts. There is no input from employees and any attempt to offer opportunity for input is performative. Very top-down, control and command.
