Pros

Collaborative, fun, engaging place to work; company is doing tremendous things to address the most pressing issues facing society today and in the next 2-3 decades. How much more relevant can one's work be?

Cons

Big company; been around over 150 years; has tremendous legacy of innovation but that's not well-known and it does take some time often to cut through the clutter and get things done quickly.

Pros

Demanding, fast paced, different challenges daily. Great financial rewards for performance. Enjoyed selling female healthcare products very much and took great pride in my job.

Cons

Large corporate structure. I personally prefer smaller organizations so I don't feel like a small fish in a large pond. Want to see that what I do makes a difference. Went through multiple upper management which can be hard on staff.
