      Oncology has a robust pipeline

      Senior leadership has no idea what they are doing. They make monumental decisions quickly without thinking it through. Not people focused. You are just a number - senior management says, "if you don't want to work here, then leave!" Many reps and managers are leaving - if you want to work at a company where you are respected and valued for your contributions - don't work for Bayer Oncology!

      Pros

      It is the best company I have worked with. Bayer Group treats their employees as their family. Lots of opportunities to grow and easy access to senior management. They run a lot of Employee Engagement Programs to identify the best talent and promote them

      Cons

      Decision making at the top level is a bit slow. This may be due to the fact that it is a captive organization which serves the internal business.
