Business Outlook
Pros
Both my manager and her manager were very accessible. Everyone I spoke to was extremely positive about their job and repeatedly told me what a great company Bayer is. Onsite cafeteria and gym are quality perks. The recently renovated main building is beautiful, as long as you don't mind the open office design. Plenty of exposure to upper-level employees in multiple departments.
Cons
Many of the employees are nearing retirement after a lifetime at Bayer. There are few recent college graduates in non-sales roles. Compensation was on the low side. Actual work was rewarding but different from job description.
