Pros
Great products, growing aggressively, sound and authentic strategy, global company. global opportunities, finacially very sound, some of the greatest people I have ever worked with.
Cons
They have outlined and described a"people strategy" to attract and retain top talent and to engage and enthuse the employee base more, but there is still not enough substance behind it yet. Career opportunities are far slimmer than one would anticipate joining and the process of ow they are filled is not equitable enough yet ("preferred candidate" ... already decided by senior management). They want to attract people who think differently and bring diversity in but when you're in they often squash thinking differently still too often. Driven Millennials might get soon disappointed given their expectations to move on and up. Career progression is still very slow and incremental and old style and because of that they often drastically under-utilize hi-po talent they hire.
