Pros

Compensation is fair. Health Benefits, 401(k) match and vacation entitlement are top notch. Many buildings have been recently refurbished to meet LEED standards

Cons

Tough to climb the corporate ladder. Training and talent retention need to be greatly improved.

Pros

Most of the people are great to work with and will share knowledge and experience. Benefits are fantastic.

Cons

Management is disconnected from the people doing the actual work. They lack understanding of the processes used and challenges faced day to day. Salary is lacking in my division. Other business lines make significantly more, probably because we are not a money making entity therefore not as valuable. Employee development is promised but not delivered. Favoritism is very evident. Poor performers are not held accountable.

Pros

Good development opportunities, caring supervisors, global job opportunities, high degree of professionalism. I would join the company again if a suitable opportunity arises.

Cons

Slow, not always competent management, high degree of complexity and internal politics. It is hard for outsiders which are not used to deal with a global conglomerate.
