Pros

Great culture and people highly skilled and professional

Cons

New leadership doesn’t know what to do with the low stock prices, and new ceo has thrown the value of the company through the window, replacing it with his own “dynamic shared ownership” that nobody understands or have experience with.

Thank you for your feedback on Glassdoor. This new and powerful operating model will help keep us mission-focused while putting our customers and products at the center and more power in the hands of people doing the work. This means faster work cycles and continual improvement, enabling mindsets and behaviors and a significant shift in leadership, to name a few of our key principles. This won't happen overnight. Any change of this scale requires tough questions, challenging decisions, and some temporary discomfort including changes to reduce layers and simplify structures. We're working towards that and are thankful for feedback as we move through the process.

Pros

This company is immoral. They cover up a lot of violations and errors. If you report them, you become a target and may as well find another job. Lots of illegal practices and as long as they get away with it, they will not correct it. I still hold on to all of my documents in the event there is a need for them. Company morale a d culture is subpar.

Cons

Everything. Poor management. They don't follow their own policies. They are dishonest. They will lie and fabricate information in a lawsuit. Workplace bullying and harassment is never properly addressed. It is allowed. They even lied about my employment dates to cover up the fact they had terminated my employment while I was on medical leave, which is illegal. That was not the only illegal thing they did.

Pros

Work life balance (pre-RTO, anyway)

Cons

Leadership continues to peddle an untested new way of working that the new CEO invented. The purpose appears to be to gaslight us into feeling we have ownership of decisions that impact ourselves and our customers, when in reality the former leadership teams have simply retreated into shadowy "champion squads" and continue to make decrees that help no one but themselves. You can expect the CEO to take his bonus after layoffs and ride away into the sunset, leaving in ruins what used to be a vibrant and meaningful place to work.
