Thank you for your very good feedback and the compliment that we are very good indeveloping people - this is one of our assets that we try to get out the very best of every single employee. To do so, we have development dialogues, many trainings and workshops on offer, mentoring programs etc.. That we have many processes and regulations to follow is a fact, And there is improvement to make these processes leaner but on the other hand we have to follow the legal requirement for certain processes. Also, compliance and data security are huge topics that play in here. In regards to your comment that the bonus is not very good, this may be your personal feeling and this is ok. In general there are different forms of bonus such as individual performance bonus and company performance bonus. So the bonus is dynamic and an on top payment beside the base salary.
