Pros

As a German company that possesses a history as long as 150 years, Bayer offers variety of trainings every year for each employee and provides competitive benefits addition to the benefits demanded by government. What's more, you always have opportunities for job shadow or rotation in such a big company covering pharmaceutical, crop science and animal health.

Cons

It is not always running with high efficiency due to the very detailed guidance, SOP, OI and so on.

Pros

Overall site is slower pace and conservative practices. Depending on your role, generally people aren't overwork so can have a reasonal work/life balance.

Cons

Limited perks and advancement, like government, unless you are at the very top, then there's a lot of switching around. Salaries are not competitive for the area and there's resistance to change and innovation.
