Pros

Benefits. Opportunity for growth. Pay is decent for skills required

Cons

Unrealistic expectations at times. Long hours set up in a way that avoids overtime pay.

Pros

Overall good experience but most of the good qualities are left over from Monsanto. After the Bayer acquisition it gradually got worse. Good pay and benefits. Modern tech stack.

Cons

Big beaurocracy of a large company. After Bayer acquired Monsanto things started to slide downhill.

Pros

Other pee-ons to enjoy your misery with.

Cons

Occurrence system for missed punches is not practical. (Ex: gain points towards a write-up because a colleague needs something, and you get dragged back to work before you can finish your lunch period). I’ve worked through a lot of unpaid lunches. Kiss your summer vacations good-bye. Expect to work 6 days a week most of the spring, summer, fall.
