Pros

Benefits are good, people are great in general. They don't "hire and fire".

Cons

Dead weight is everywhere. R&D cut without clear strategy. Unclear future. Dissatisfied people everywhere and morale is low.

Pros

Great work experience Great Intern Training program Exposure to other departments apart from your own job profile Intern Events are fun! Wonderful people to work with and a lot to learn from them

Cons

No direct returning offer to interns No preference to hiring interns back later Not good enough amount of work, more work load needed for interns (bigger projects)
