Pros

Benefits are good, but eventually not worth the cons of working for a German company. U.S. Led functions like sales and marketing are able to work independently of the German influence.

Cons

All admin functions are run by expats, normally German, and the U.S. work environment reflects the German management. There is no room for advancement within the admin functions since they rotate German colleagues into the jobs about every 3 years. Each new leader wants to put their stamp on the groups to make an impression in Germany. And then they move on.

Pros

Big company with a lot of opportunities. In general, good work environment.

Cons

restricted access causes things to get done very slowly. Not enough human resource support.
