Pros

It's a great position for on-campus part-time job. The work environment is good for studying / reading, the work is easy to learn, the work time is very flexible. Mangers and professors are nice to our student workers. Recommend for those who want to earn extra money at school.

Cons

Work are repetitive, you may feel bored. It may not related to you major, and cannot increase your professional experience for your career.

The university has good communication among all ranks. Everyone seems to be valued, from those who are of the lowest rank to the highest.

Cons

The pay for my position was not as much as the university had promised me. Although my hours were flexible, the work seemed a bit steep.

Pros

Amazing environment where you are surrounded by great people who are Christian servants. I have enjoyed working here and coming back to work mainly because of the people.

Cons

Some faculty and staff can be very rude and inappropriately unprofessional. Salary isn't that great but it's reasonable. Upper management is okay.
