I came in not knowing much about the industry, and I've had many people willing to sit down and explain the way things work, including senior leaders. Ever since I've been here it's been a continuous learning experience, which is great for someone new to this environment. I find myself being constantly challenged in great ways that force me to build new skills and thinking patterns.

Cons

There are a lot of people here! And that can make it difficult with communication sometimes.
