You get paid what they agreed to

Cons

Everything else. No one takes any suggestions you will have, it's 120 degrees in the summer, and they treat you like a number. You also have to do other people's jobs while they are gone, even though your job is almost at an impossible level already

Pros

There are lots of hats you can wear within a particular role. Room to grow your skills and develop yourself. Wish there was an 'eh' section instead of just pro/con. This company has a very blue collar feel to it. My guess is that most people will either love it or hate it.

Cons

Low pay, not great benefits. The small company freedom can be a little overwhelming if you aren't ready for it.
