Small company, for better and worse

Pros

There are lots of hats you can wear within a particular role. Room to grow your skills and develop yourself. Wish there was an 'eh' section instead of just pro/con. This company has a very blue collar feel to it. My guess is that most people will either love it or hate it.

Cons

Low pay, not great benefits. The small company freedom can be a little overwhelming if you aren't ready for it.

Great hours, decent pay, close to home

Cons

Upper management doesn't seem to care for or listen to employees so morale is very low and to much micromanaging which makes things confusing and frustrating for everyone in production
