      Great growth, impacting patients, and amazing colleagues

      Pros

      I’ve been here for nearly 8 years and truly continue to enjoy the work. There are very strong opportunities and initiatives in place for growth and development, and the mission to help patients is deeply motivating. Fellow colleagues are bright, collaborative, and down-to-earth, and I feel fortunate to be part of a supportive and engaged team. There is a true sense of belonging here, and that is super important as I dont think I've experienced such positive inclusivity anywhere else.

      Cons

      You will work hard, and need to be prepared to work with a global team. Only a con if you arent expecting it.

      Pros

      Great culture, benefits, strong portfolio and nice people. Strong payer coverage for all products.

      Cons

      Some growing pains, some favoritism, like most companies. Large geographical responsibilities. Chinese name in USA marketplace . Lack of contracting opportunities for small and mid size oncology providers.

      Pros

      BeiGene will compensate you very well at the director level and above. Their medical benefits are top notch, and the annual equity awards are great. The ability to work remote every day is a top benefit too.

      Cons

      BeiGene has a horrible work culture. They work you to death and provide you with limited resources or applications to enable your success. Its extremely hard to get things done, plus you have to work early mornings or nights to accommodate your colleagues in China. There is also zero commitment to DEI. No employee resource groups, or inclusion collaboration opportunities. Just coffee chats with no measurable value.
