Extremely toxic environment. Escalates up and leadership doesn't do anything about. Manager closes an eye and kisses up to management. Extreme favoritism. Everyone for themsleves. Can't trust anyone. Told my concerns during exit interview. No changes has been made (as expected). Was worried when reading Glassdoor reviews, but can now confirm this is all true. Learn from me. Please.

Ability to work remotely during COVID.

Cons

Toxic managers across all functions make decisions based on personal relationships instead of qualifications. No work life balance due to early morning and late night meetings. Hierarchical decision making.

Executives are a mix: CMOs unpleasant; CEO too aspirational It’s not for everyone. If you’re looking for a normal pharma experience, run - too much workload, too often late night meetings
