      Benefits and salary are very good

      The better you are at your job, the more work they give you. Lots of favoritism. The favorite employees are usually less experienced and knowledgeable but somehow always get promoted. They expect you to work 24/7

      Pros

      Remote positions... that's it. Maybe upward mobility if you can manager to curry favor with the right person.

      Cons

      High turnover. Unreasonable expectations. Inexpierenced people are making work demands on people below them. Many of the managers micro manage because they don't have the tools to lead effectively. This place will give you a lovely picture, but its a nightmare. If you're a good worker, they expect you to carry everything for those around you.

      Pay is very good. Highly competitive and stock bonus is very high.

      Cons

      If you want to work for a company that hides data and refuses to align with industry expectations and compliance requirements then this is the place for you. If you have integrity walk away.
