Impactful mission that drives success. Great benefits. The company genuinely tries to take care of you.

Cons

Growing pains typical of any maturing company. Internal promotion is not common for senior positions (director and above). They seem to want to bring a lot of senior talent from outside mature pharma companies to help grow the company.

The science and the mission as well as the company values. Competitively this company embraced remote working before the pandemic and remains a strong proponent of it

Cons

Not being given enough resources to support the aggressive plans that are needed to bring the strategic goals to fruition. After two years of a pandemic, it’s becoming increasingly exhausting to sustain the 12-14 hours days necessary to cover work across all the time zones we do business in. Recent manager hires do not seem to align to the values of BeiGene and the lack of preparation for interviews I have been asked to participate shows a lack of foresight in making sure we are hiring diverse talent.
