      Growing company and many new opportunities to expand

      Global company with heavy presence in APAC, EU & US (East & West coast), it become difficult to manage a 8-5pm schedule. As long you can be flexible with your schedule, and learn to block your calendar, you will be fine

      Company encourages employees to live it's stated values of inclusiveness and global reach. There is a shared mission to drive results for patients everywhere.

      Cons

      Long days due to truly globalized employee base. May be too fast paced and challenging for those who want a short, steady and predictable day. The company pivots readily and makes changes to meet challenges and moments of opportunity. May be too changeable an environment for some.

      Pros

      I’ve been here for nearly 8 years and truly continue to enjoy the work. There are very strong opportunities and initiatives in place for growth and development, and the mission to help patients is deeply motivating. Fellow colleagues are bright, collaborative, and down-to-earth, and I feel fortunate to be part of a supportive and engaged team. There is a true sense of belonging here, and that is super important as I dont think I've experienced such positive inclusivity anywhere else.

      Cons

      You will work hard, and need to be prepared to work with a global team. Only a con if you arent expecting it.
