There aren't any pros to working at BeiGene

Cons

The blame culture is rife. They are under resourced and have people working until 10 at night. Their processes are far from standardized and there are no formal trainings of worth, leaving everyone clueless as to how things are meant to be done. Each project is utter chaos. Managers in senior positions are underqualified and are unprofessional in their handling of issues. Gossip culture leads to a very toxic work environment and that comes directly from senior level. How any trial is run successfully at BeiGene is beyond me.

As it’s still a somewhat younger company there is a lot to do, but a lot of opportunity to create new paths - company is not stuck in its ways yet.

Cons

The other side of it being a younger company is it can be unorganized at times. Hours are flexible but you should expect to have bias to China time zones.
