Been here since Beacon all began and we are just hitting our stride. Leaders are listening and are engaged. I would recommend this company to all.

Cons

1. Low pay for the amount of training and certifications required to transport human beings. 2. Poor maintenance practices. Tons of cameras watching your every move (penalties for this like braking too hard or following too closely). 3. Disrespectful students. 4. Management does not support line workers. 5. Management has way better salaries, time off and benefits. 6. Management will look for every possible way to cut your hours. 7. Very, very, very limited time off due to driver shortages causing constant huge turnover.
