Pros

Training is very helpful to succeed, very upbeat / positive culture. Being a new employee you feel the team is positioned toward helping you succeed. I feel this experience working here and the job is awesome. I have referred my family members and friends to enjoy working here too.

Cons

Every position and job has downsides. In two and a half months here I have not had any note worthy negative experiences to share.

Usually, companies post their core values on their website as a marketing gimmick. However, Beacon Mobility truly embodies their core values everyday! They truly care about their teams and go the extra mile to nurture and support them.

Cons

There is always room for improvement. As a rapidly growing company, more emphasis should be placed on a core team that unifies the business so that various partner companies are not working in silos.
