Pros

Many times a company’s values are something on a corporate website, only to be covered in new employee orientation. That isn’t the case at Beacon. I believe that every senior leader, mid level leader, and many of the higher level individual contributors at this company make decisions based on this company’s values and make every effort to live those values at work.

Cons

The company is experiencing a lot of growth. With growth comes change, and change can be a little messy at times but everyone is learning and working to get better with every new change.

I have been working as a school bus driver for 8 years. I never know what the kids will say next which makes it a very interesting job everyday! I could never do this job of it wasn't for my co-workers always having eachothers backs! I love my job!!
