Great Organization to work for

Pros

Core Vales Drive the company. I joined the company due to this statement, transporting people to love, learn and achieve. "Mobility without Limits." Managment does listen, and the core value to Have FUN is seen at all locations. Allowing people to bring dogs to work goes a long way.

Cons

This is a part time job for most, and I can see how this is seen as a con. working a few hours in the AM and a few hrs. in the PM is the backbone of our business.

Beacon is truly a people-focused organization which prioritizes its employees, the value it provides its customers, and the safety and experience of the people they transport every day.

Cons

The environment is fast-paced so if you're not used to that environment, it can be a little overwhelming at first but everyone is willing to pitch in to help.
