Meeting new people. Learning in a fun and enjoyable setting. Activity day. Getting to know the people and company that I work for/with.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any cons, I am an extremely nervous person and was so unsure how I would feel about being in Boston for this event and I can honestly say that I enjoyed it very much.

Let’s be honest — the biggest con of the SOAR Leadership Summit was realizing that you can’t pack team spirit, inspiration, and 3 days of nonstop energy into your carry-on for the trip home. ✈️
