Pros

Full time positions. fun place at times to work. got to see a lot of the police.

Cons

low pay. schedule is set that those who are the favorites do not work weekends. company demands that employees have no personal life. if you are called, you are asked to come into work. lots of people do not answer the phone. stressful without support from management. increase of pay depends on the level you at. some do not get any pay increase due to management judgement. you could be the best employee without any rewards like pay increases. If you are a favorite of management, you will get a pay increase and less responsibilities which gets dumped to new staff. very busy place.
