Taking care of those less fortunate. Allows Freedom to do many things in function of job

Cons

Mandates Flexibility - must be thinking on your feet at all times. Many changes and interruptions without advance or prior notice. Many people telling you what to do, not just direction from manager.

The business of helping people diagnosed with a mental illness or developmental disability is needed Wages and benefits can be good Some upper management personnel are honest

Cons

Upper management have honesty and Integrity issues- lying is not uncommon Very poor administrative communication Administration will find a scapegoat when licensing issues or fiscal problems arise Do not think your job is secure
