      Can't think of any pros.

      Cons

      Training is is very minimal and almost non-existent in the Corporate Office. After four days, they sit you at a desk and expect you to know what you're doing with a very complicated system. Buyers were non-supportive and many times demeaning. Pay is very low for what they expect you to do. Benefits are terrible! No teamwork here...

      They are good in their training. They have flexible schedules for employees.

      Hard to keep people. A lot of turn over and wish more people would stay. Have had some good employees.

      Pros

      friendly co workers always something to do not a boring job (mostly). very flexible with schedule.

      Cons

      Low salary for all levels of management. corporate visits usually ended with unclear direction on how to merchandise stock than days later after move "vision" was complete a change was decided. Manager reviews for associates were inaccurate and based on favoritism. Manager reviews were late and again based on favoritism. If you weren't apart of a click you were treated like garbage.
