Pros

decent pay for retail, easy to work as a side job, not a very big store

Cons

all depends on who your manager is. mine would come out with schedules 2 days in advance and had everyone except managers in the system as contract so they would not get benefits. very understaffed when needed. ALSO- the biggest part of your job is signing people up for one cards, and while it didnt effect me, if you dont get a lot of people your hours are cut.

Pros

Company does everything they can to put the customers first while ensuring the employees are taken care of. Great work environment and awesome company to work for.

Cons

Full time not available for store associates. During holidays, the store hours are extended and most of the time the money spent on the lights being on and employees working aren’t worth the extended hours.
