On the leading edge of disruptive innovation in the hospitality space.
Cons
Hostile work environment, finding fault with performance, and public shaming are typical. Changed my job description/role months into my employment, on a whim. Sales geography not protected from internal poaching. Poaching territory tolerated if closed sales result. SalesForce being utilized at a rookie levels. High stress levels from top down. COO and VP of Sales appear at odds with go to market plans. Marketing relies too much on social media, and not enough on B2B strategies. If corporate culture can be fixed, the trajectory of Bear Robotics will be impressive.
